Strategic B2B Business Development (Marketing) Manager
Who are we?
PT. Roda Nurmala is pump & system specialist. We are distributing pump systems across projects in Indonesia. Established for more than 20 years, we have strong market presence in commercial building, industrial and oil & gas projects, specialized in fire pumps. We have collaborated with big projects and big developer groups, private and governments such as Agung Sedayu, Agung Podomoro, Ciputra, Sinarmas, Unilever, Indofood, WIKA, PP, Pertamina, Medco and many more.
Duties :
- Create strategic plan and execute new Business Development, branding and marketing regarding new mechanical product and new brand.
- Achieve targeted brand awareness, acceptance, recognition, engagement and traffic.
- Achieve targeted relationships and partnerships with customers.
- Understand construction project, commercial building and industrial market products, and strong networks in the industry.
- Build product brand from zero for b2b project market.
- Work together and supervise sales.
Requirements :
- Passionate business developer, brand and marketing manager.
- Experienced in products for construction, commercial building and industrial projects.
- Proven experiences and achievements in building brand, development relationships (awareness, engagement, traffic).
- Highly skilled in communication, lobbying, persuasion and negotiation.
- Possess branding, marketing management and Business Development skills.
- Leadership and management skills.
