Job Description:
- Strategic analysis of the projects: define root cause and recommend solutions.
- Plan and lead end-to-end implementation of the recommended solutions.
- Actively liaise and collaborate with cross-functional and cross-business stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with corporate risk and compliance teams to conduct risk assessment on new ShopeeFood initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes within ShopeeFood to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Develop SOP and process flow documentation.
- Produce reports to update management on the performance and progress of ShopeeFood initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum [5] years of working experiences in project or product management, management consulting, strategy, or CEO office.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to details and enjoy working with numbers
- Excellent communications skills and stakeholder management
- Prior experience in external relationship (e.g. business development) is a plus
- Strong in tackling multiple tasks and able to manage projects end-to-end
- Proficient in using Google Workspace (e.g. Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides)
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Prior experience in ecommerce, startup, or logistics is a plus
- SQL proficiency is a plus
