Responsibilities
• Able to read Electrical drawings, Piping and Instrument Diagram (P&ID)• Measure & test control instrument equipment, inspect, troubleshoot or corrective, and repair any type of faults in electrical equipment/system• Troubleshooting DCS system• Troubleshooting and Maintenance PLC (Allen Bradley, Siemens, Hollysys)• Install safety and distribution components (e.g. switches, resistors, circuit-breaker panels etc.)• Troubleshooting and maintenance Motorized Valve, Chemical analyzer• Well understanding about Desalination Plant and Demin water production system which used as needed in Steam Power Plan (CFPP)• Calibration, Installation and Troubleshooting of Instrument Field Device (temperature, flow, pressure, level, chemical analyzer, etc.• Calibration, Installations and Troubleshooting of Turbine Supervisory Instrument (eccentricity, velocity vibration, eddy current vibration, axial displacement, differential expansion, speed sensor, etc.• Perform effective troubleshooting to identify hazards or malfunctions and repair or substitute damaged units• Strong knowledge related to electrical system maintenance activity in the Power Plant
Requirements
• Degree in the related job field• Experience on O&M Power Plant or downstream palm oil business• 5 - 8 years' experience as senior technician control & Instrument• Able to use computerized maintenance management system (CMMS/SAP PM) software as well as MS Office programs• Can work under pressure• Support the On-Call Rotation or the Emergency Response Organization (ERO)• Mature personality, high level of commitment, good attitude, open-minded for working in a team, and self-motivated• Fluent in English• Willing to relocate to the job location
