Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture relationships with government agencies, policymakers, and relevant stakeholders to advocate for policies that align with our HRD goals.
- Monitor and analyze government policies, legislation, and regulatory changes that may impact our workforce and HRD initiatives.
- Represent the company in meetings, hearings, and forums related to HRD and workforce development at the local, state, and federal levels.
- Collaborate with management and department heads to identify training needs and conduct regular assessments.
- Design and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, both in-person and group. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and key performance indicators.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in employee development and training.
- Oversee onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring a smooth integration into the company culture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Statistic, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of HRD principles and practices.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering effective training programs.
- Ability to build positive working relationships and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
- In-depth knowledge of HSE and K3 regulations, particularly in the Indonesian context. HR certification (e.g., K3, HSE) is a plus.
