Technician - Cnc Programming (Turret And Press Brake)

Requirements / Qualifications :

• Minimum Vocational High School or Diploma
• Experience in Metal Sheet Product
• Able and experience with the CAD Software Autodesk Inventor and Autocad (2D and 3D Drawing)
• Able to simulate fold and unfolding for the sheet metal at the CAD Software. 
• Experience in CNC programming to convert / export files with dxf or IGES extension files. 
• Able to speak and write in English 
• Discipline, honest and hardworking.

Job Scope :

• Simulation & analysis for the 3D Drawing product for the fold and unfolding process.
• Create a CNC program for Turret punch and Press Brake
• Create a 2D drawing for internal specification
• Simulation unfold part Qty for the sheet material and production output
• Responsible for the production process especially for the CNC Program 
• Control and reduce rejection of the process and improvement  
• Reporting to superior ( Supervisor / IE/ Prod Manager)
