Territory Manager Area Lampung

JOB PURPOSE

• Ensure the achievement of targets charged for the Lampung 1 area
• Able to manage DSR and DMR team
• Able to manage customers both at level R1 and R2
• Find out of the size of the market in the region Lampung 1

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage target annual and breakdown month by month and deliver every month
• Approach to the customer Distributor, Retailer 1 and Retailer 2 to liquidation product inventory and ensure achieve the target area
• Operational and process sales can run well
• Ensuring the team can do what HO delegation
• Monitor inventory of Distributor, Retailer 1 and Retailer 2
• Monitor and manage team (DSR/DMR) day by day, week by week and month by month for ensure sweet able with what the company wants
• Engagement customer (farmers) to use Bayer products and be consultant for the farmers who used Bayer product

WHO YOU ARE

Education

• Bachelor degree in Agricultural  Faculty.

Relevant experiences

• Having experience as Agronomist, Sales Executive or Territory Manager

Communication

• Strong communication in Bahasa and English
