Description
As a Talent Management & Organizational Development Senior Manager, you will be responsible for:
Develop organization-wide talent management and development strategies aligned with company goals.
Analyze and adjust organization structure as needed, ensuring alignment with company targets.
Implement and maintain Job Management for all positions.
Oversee Performance Management System, including KPI development and employee understanding regarding the competence.
Design talent management matrices to identify and develop high performers.
Lead Succession Management program, ensuring key positions are filled with capable successors.
Collaborate on Training Road maps and Leadership Pipelines, managing training budget and supervision of development plans.
- Ad hoc training, talent management, and organizational development tasks based on the needs of the organization
Profile
A successful candidate must posses:
- Minimum of 15 years of HR Organizational & Talent management experiences with 5 years of specialist manager position
- Previous experiences within manufacturing industry with complex HR matrix system
- Proven track record within talent management, KPI implementation, organizational analysis, and overview of the training programs
- Experiences in creating competencies mapping, training analysis, and talent management
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Experiences within ISO 9001 is a plus
- Strong business acumen and production process knowledge
