Jobdesc:
- Responsible for multi-brand channel marketing programs and brand campaigns. This position needs to make good in-store display and promotion communication tools according to the corresponding channel strategy of each brand, and guarantee the high quality execution of brand activities. At the same time, need to maintain good and smooth communication with sales, brand marketing, and related functions.
- Develop and execute marketing campaign plans
- Work with Brand Marketing to translate product strategy into appropriate product promotions. Including but not limited to new product launch support.
- Establish effective promotional programs by exploring and setting up key sales drivers
- Lead the effective execution of store promotions
- Manage promotional resources and confirm allocation principles
- POSM design
- Giveaway development
- Budget control
- Preparation of external communication materials - Drive in-store execution excellence
- According to the characteristics of different marketing campaigns, develop the basic mechanism, timing and scope of the campaigns together with the channels and brand department and other related departments to lead the in-store execution excellence
- Develop marketing campaigns and programs for specific channels or key accounts and evaluate them in a timely manner - Work management and measurement
- Monitor and track the performance of the company's branded marketing campaigns and the actions of competitors in the region.
- Review the effectiveness and efficiency of each campaign.
- Lead the development of category strategy and support regional sales.
Requirements:
- Able to speak English, Mandarin is a plus
- Min Bachelor Degree
- Basic knowledge of the beauty industry
- Have a certain ability to recognize categories and channels
- Strong data analysis skills
- Excellent planning ability
- Strong ability to resist pressure
- Excellent office software operation ability
- Good English listening and speaking skills
