Responsibility :
- Handling incoming ticketing / hotel / insurance / document request from corporate client of FIT client.
- Dealing with incoming calls and assisting travelers with their travel inquiries from air ticket, accomodation, travel document, insurance and transportation rental.
- Understanding fully all of our products to explain and give information to client accurately and with fast responses.
- Diagnose traveler's problem and complain and work with the supervisor to provide a possible solution.
- Convince new costumers or guests especially who have never traveled.
- Follow the company's "Standard Operation Procedure" which is used at the moment.
- Participate in meetings if needed, contribute ideas that can be used for the goods and growth of the company.
- Maintain a good relationship with clients and suppliers.
- Responsible in order
Requirements :
- Maximum 35 Years, Minimum 1 Years experiences of work based in travel industry.
- Minimum D3 / S1 Majoring in Tourism / Hospitality.
- Accustomed to work under pressure and multitask.
- Experienced in the Travel Industry as a Travel Consultant,
- Can communicate well in English, both oral and written.
- Able to work in a team, responsible, honest & disciplined.
- Looks neat and well groomed.
- Has a flexible, energetic, enthusiast, positive & creative character.
- Able to operate Microsoft Office and Power Point well.
- The ability to communicate well between co-workers or clients.
- Make a clear report for every communication an able to fill report (administration) needed for the company's standard.
- Understanding the product of airlines ticketing / hotel / cruise / transportation / document
- Able to finish the work completely in time of deadline.
- Able to distribute for company's and self growth.
- Professional in working, able to distinguish between communication between co-workers, corporate clients, FIT, etc..
