Responsibilities:
- Selling all products (Ticket, Hotel, Document, ect)
- Provide a good service for customer through offline (walk-in) and online (Telephone, Email, Instagram, Facebook, Whatsapp, NADIA)
- Respond to customer inquiries with accurate information and to the satisfaction of the customers
Requirements :
- Graduated from Tourism Academy or SMIP, age maximal 30 years’ old
- Minimal 3 years’ experience at same position
- Familiar with Ticket Reservation System (Abacus & Galileo)
- Strong in issued domestic & international ticket
- Familiar with Hotel, Document, Travel & Tourism
- Strong personality, polite, charming, professional and service oriented
- Able to work under pressure
- Excellent command of spoken & written English
- Preferable having IATA or other Airlines Certificate
- Willing to do shift work or at mall branch following mall operation hours
