Departemental goal
- Design and quote itineraries as requested by clients (Travel Agents, Tour Operators and Direct Clients) according to the companies’ Standard Operating Proceduresin a timely manner (within 24 hours) and with professionalism.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide travel information, give suggestions and advice alternatives on the travel requests to our agents or direct bookings.
- Building long-term relationships with our overseas partners and suppliers with a personal touch!
- Detailed transfer to reservations executive or operations/reservations executive (After quotation has been confirmed)
- Work in close coordination with operations/reservations executive and together take ownership for a proper execution of the tour
- Assist with reservations and customer relations matters where necessary (complaints, itinerary changes.)·
- Resolve any complaint resulting from a breach of service delivery and propose any measures of improvement or corrective actions.
- Proactively signal and deal with any issues from agents, and answer any questions or concerns regarding services, procedures or local status
- Organization of agent’s masterfile hard & soft (GD) copies folders in an orderly way. Working closely with operations/reservations executive
- Set up inspection schedule to hotels, activities, and attractions as needed with BM/GM instruction/approval
- Handle Emergency phone (rotating between all office staff)
- To pro-actively embrace the IT backbone of the company; K360, Basecamp and KMP
- Be fully knowledgeable on necessary SOP’s and company standards
- Be fully knowledgeable on sustainability standards and ensure suitable options are communicated to our agents during the design process
- Offer responsible hotels and excursions options whenever possible
- Ad hoc tasks as needed and requested by the company, always with a smile
- Assisting the contracting team when needed
- Be a team player for a successful of Khiri Travel Indonesia
- This position will require sustainability training and to be part of our green team
- Any other reasonable tasks that are delegated by your manager

- At least 5 years of working experience in related field
