Job Description:
- Manage overall campaign operations and coordinate with stakeholders to schedule comms to users Push Notifications (PN) and Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) including drafting of content copies
- Collaborate with regional stakeholders (operations and regional teams) to identify user targeting, ensure correct voucher settings, submission of creative requests, in-app asset deployment, and overall smooth and timely execution of marketing campaigns
- Support digital media campaign execution that generates brand awareness, User Growth and sales across Google, social media platforms and programmatic
- Work with in-house creative teams to develop assets required for digital media campaigns
- Assist in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies and work on improvement plans with the regional SEO team e.g. keyword expansion and optimisation
- Proactively help stakeholders with strategic decisions, based on observations of recent market/industry trends
- Support in data consolidation and performance reporting for campaigns
- Other ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Candidates with 0-2 years of working experience with passion for digital marketing are welcome to apply
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly in written and spoken English
- Strong stakeholder & project management skills including process optimisation and timeline coordination
- Experience in digital marketing is an advantage, and familiarity with numbers-driven and analytical tasks is beneficial
- Enjoy working in a collaborative and dynamic environment
- Proficient in Microsoft and/or Google suite
