Job summary
Responsible for representing Bosch ST towards sales organization and customers in designated areaImplementation of sales strategy and Business Development in country/regionLeader of sales team and responsible for reaching set targets
Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities
• Analyzing and developing customer base, identifying potentials and specific needs• Developing strong relationships with key influencers, authorities, and business associations• Implementing sales strategy to grow business with new customers• Coordinating assigned activities and project support from other Bosch departments• Creating prospects and managing end-user relations• Overachieving sales targets with new customers• Conducting market and competitor analysis• Coordinating between sales team and new business partners
Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Commercial Economics or related field• At least 5 years of working experience in sales environment and B2B sales• Builder of strong long term relationships and networks• Excellent communication and negotiation skills• Understanding of market and competitors' products• Understanding of distribution or project business and sales plan• Understanding of project management and key account management• Proficient in written and verbal communication in English• Confidence presenting to large groups of people• Willingness to travel frequently and having a driver's license
