What will you do :
Agency Learning & Development Lead
Agency Learning & Development Lead is responsible to drive agent’s activation by creating learning roadmap and learning modules which meets the needs of each agent segment within the organization, including but not limited to soft skill trainings, product trainings, and trainings related to business process & operational matter. Agency Learning & Development Lead is also responsible to increase the adoption of Kahoona digital platform and to drive change management process in order to achieve a more efficient agency operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training & Agency Development: Develop training roadmap and modules for each agent segment in the organization (i.e seasoned general insurance agents, life agency force, newly recruited agents, dormant agents, etc) in order to achieve the objectives of increasing agent’s loyalty, productivity, and profitability
- Kahoona Adoption: Increase the adoption rate of Kahoona digital platform by creating programs, modules, and activities with the agents or internal agency sales team. Also responsible to get feedback from Kahoona users and ensure that critical feedback is being addressed, resolved, or adopted to achieve the desired adoption rate of Kahoona
- Productivity Improvement: Set productivity improvement target for each training program or activity for existing agency forces (including the reactivation of dormant agents), monitor achievement against KPIs, and implement corrective actions to address underperformance.
- New agent activation: Work closely with Agency Sales team to set target for new agent activation and create training program or joint event with Sales team to activate newly recruited agents, monitor achievement progress and implement corrective actions to address underperformance.
- Compliance & Regulatory: Ensure the implementation of all training programs as mandated by regulations and company’s policy
Who we are looking for :
- Bachelor's degree from any majors
- Proven experience in Agency Learning & Development in insurance industry (experience in both general & life insurance is highly desirable)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the proficiency to engage with a variety of stakeholders and motivational speaker
- Experience on driving change management with agency force is highly desirable
- Have ability to create attractive training modules, interactive agency activation program/event, and deliver highly engaging training sessions
