This position is responsible for the operations in warehouse and logistic. These include the optimization for the material (direct and indirect) storage, and distribution to deliver the highest productivity and the best solutions for the company. The successful incumbent is expected to collaborate closely with internal and external stake holders to ensure compliance at the company.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain activities in the logistics, warehouses, transportation/shipment and inventory management.
- Implement the overall warehouse and logistic in order to achieve the lowest cost of ownership possible.
- Handling import custom clearance, payment of tax and import duty, submission report to related authorities.
- Responsible for storing, transaction and delivering raw materials such as biological, chemical, packaging, instrument and consumables to accomplish the transfer request, taking into consideration of the quality, technology, time and compliance issues.
- Implement the warehouse and logistic procedures and standard operating procedures, categorization of contracts and other warehouse and logistic records.
- Maintains the entire process of distribution, from receiving to storing, preparation up to delivery.
- Implement the inventory right sizing initiatives.
- Maintain systems to ensure inventory optimization, and appropriate storage strategies.
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver products on time.
- Coordinate shipping logistic and documentation to assure accurate shipping records are in full compliance with both international and domestic transportation regulations.
- Manage spending including cost reduction and meeting cost containment targets.
- Maintain strict compliance and integrity procedures.
- Any other duties assigned by Direct Supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Engineering or relevant fields.
- Minimum 3 years working experiences in warehouse and logistic In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) or the pharmaceutical or any related industry.
- Experience in Enterprise Resources Planning process and the warehouse and logistics management skills in order to store, manage inventory (Inventory Accuracy Management) and delivery products to internal/external stakeholders.
- Experience in Export/Import procedures and system (PIB, HS Code, and other process).
- Attention to details, fast learning and able to operate forklift and having valid forklift SIO.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Willing to work in Cikarang.
