● Mastering knowledge and information related to the brand and share to respected customers through online and offline

● Deliver standard service excellence to customer, based on brand guidelines

● Establishing contact and develop relationship with regular and new customers

● Gather and understand client's requirements to be translated and explained to Managers

● To keep and maintain customer database and preferences

● Consistently contributing sales by accomplishing store monthly target

● Preparing quotes and proposals to various clients

● Update necessary data to CRM

● Stay up to date with the industry and competitors

Requirements and skills

● Bachelor degree

● Minimum 2 years in sales roles, luxury business is a plus

● Excellent command of written and spoken communication skill (Bahasa and English)

● Strong in persuading communication

● Passion for customer service-outstanding

● Able to understand and communicate with client brief accurately

● Sales minded, fast learner and highly initiative

● Flexible, creative and detail oriented

● Able to work independently or as a team member

● Not wearing any religious attribute on head
