Account Executive

Requirements : 

Education and Experience:

• Minimum bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as marketing, business, or a related field.
• Previous work experience in B to B sales is considered an asset, but candidates with strong sales experience and a good understanding of business may also be considered. (Minimum 2 Years)

Communication Skills:

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to interact with various parties, including customers, business partners, and internal colleagues.
• Excellent presentation skills to effectively present products or services to potential customers or clients.

Business Understanding:

• Strong understanding of business processes, especially in the industry or sector relevant to the company.
• Ability to analyze the business needs of customers and offer appropriate solutions.

Negotiation Skills:

• Strong negotiation skills to negotiate prices, terms and conditions, and contracts with potential customers or clients.
• Sensitivity to market dynamics and competition, as well as the ability to take strategic steps in negotiations.

Adaptability:

• Ability to adapt quickly to changes in the business environment and customer requirements.
• Flexibility in seeking and implementing different sales approaches according to the needs and preferences of customers.

Problem-Solving Skills:

• Ability to identify potential problems faced by customers and offer suitable solutions.
• Creativity in designing sales strategies and responding to emerging challenges.
