Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop and execute a business plan to protect and grow existing customer revenue.
- Develop the existing customer potential in line with the strategic plan and increase customer satisfaction.
- Develop strong, mutually beneficial relationships and establish and maintain effective relationships with the customer.
- Gets first-hand customer information and uses it for improvements.
- Propose quotation based on cost model provided.
- Ensure payment terms are adhered to penetrate the DMU.
- Coordinate with all Customer, been the channel and contact person, earn customer satisfaction.
- Establish relationships with new customers and secure contracts with new customers that achieve assigned sales quotas and targets.
- Calculate and analysis the profitability based on the cost provided.
- Presenting and conducting business negotiations
- Coordinate with operational teams where required to address customer requirements.
- Undertake account analysis to identify trends in customer activity, track sales stages and identify opportunities.
- Deal with and report emergency issues related to management.
- Other assignments given by the management / direct superior
Requirements :
- Maximum 38 years old
- Minimum Bachelor Degree or above
- Have an Experience in Logistic Company is a PLUS, especially customers with 3PL services Inquiry + Freight Forwarding + Custom Clearance (Export & Import)
- Able to operate Ms. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Proficiency in English & Mandarin is a MUST
- Certified in HSK 5-6 is a PLUS

- Good analytical, planning & reporting skills
