ACCOUNT MANAGER
Responsibilities:
- Create the opportunity and provide the customer with the full benefit of the new technology for their business based on the market trend and growth
- Provide excellent services and ensure customer satisfaction to build the business
- Build and strengthen client / customer relationships to achieve long term partnerships
- Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
- Work with technical teams and other internal teams to develop strategic sales plans and ensure KPIs are being met
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to upsell better and cross sell to clients
- Identifies potential market by qualifying account to meet or exceeds annual quota.
- Establishes new/assigned accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential account.
- Initiates sales process by prospecting, scheduling appointments, making initial presentation, understanding business needs, developing proposals, closing sales, preparing contract.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in personal learning to up to date solution selling and sales & business knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of sales experience in a IT System Integrator Company (preferable in IT Cybersecurity industries)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or relevant field
- Sales / Marketing orientation, with a high level of IT Security knowledge of the Enterprise industries
- Experience in managing all aspects of the sales cycle including prospecting and business development
- A proven track record of developing long term relationships and selling
- Ability to communicate sales and marketing strategy
- A proven structured approach / methodology to organize, manage and execute a detailed Sales Account Plan
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Team player with strong coordination and collaboration skills
