Who you'll be working for

What requirements you'll need to be eligible

Demonstrated employment background within the IT sector, with a minimum of 2 years' experience

Preferably holds a Bachelor’s degree Proficient in negotiating for renewal upsells, cross-selling, and adding extra products

Capable of communicating effectively with leaders at various levels within client organizations

History of providing client-centered solutions to meet customer requirements

Proven capacity to handle multiple account management projects simultaneously, while paying close attention to details

Exceptional abilities in listening, negotiating, and presenting information

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proficient in English

Excellent proficiency in MS Excel

Skillful in delivering engaging presentation

What you'll be doing on the job

Conduct thorough market research to identify potential sales opportunities and assess customer needs.

Actively network to discover new avenues for sales growth.

Arrange meetings with prospective clients to understand their requirements and address their concerns.

Prepare and deliver tailored presentations showcasing products and services.

Negotiate and finalize deals while efficiently handling complaints or objections.

Oversee the purchase order and tender processes, including document preparation (CIVD/LPSE/eprocurement).

Represent your team externally to clients of all sizes and internally by collaborating with direct reports and supporting staff.

Maintain regular communication with clients to manage ongoing relationships and address project-related matters.

Cultivate new business opportunities within existing client base and identify areas for enhancement to meet sales targets.

Monitor and analyze key account metrics such as quarterly sales figures and annual forecasts.

Generate regular reports containing sales and financial data for review and analysis.
