Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as an Account Manager at Kelas Pintar in Jakarta. As an Account Manager, your responsibilities will include managing and developing relationships with key clients, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for business growth. You will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue targets and provide exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will analyze market trends, conduct competitor analysis, and contribute to the development of marketing strategies.
