Key Specific Responsibilities:
- Hunting & maintaining customers.
- Implement a sales plan and communicate with customers in the territory in order to achieve target revenue.
- Provide reports to record revenue and customer relationship progress.
- Obtain solutions for customer requirements or issues on service for future service enhancement in a timely manner and new product development in order to enhance service standards and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities.
- Develop network and cooperation with internal and external parties.
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- At least have a minimum of 3 years of working experience as an Account Manager / Sales (from the logistics industry would be an advantage)
- Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
- Hands-on sales activities. negotiation skills, and presentation skills.
- Strong command of English.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of the express freight forwarding and distribution industry would be an advantage.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Have the capability to build and maintain professional relationships with potential clients/customers.
- Neat look, passionate, responsible and humble.
- Fast learner, well organized, and creative.
- Target-oriented and customer satisfaction.
- Having a driving license is a must and have own vehicle is preferable.
