Danfoss is looking for an experienced and results-oriented Account Manager with expertise and knowledge within hydraulics / mechatronics – and preferable electromobility. You will be responsible for our OEM customers in the off-highway vehicle and automotive industry. Job Responsibilities
- Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Manage and develop sales at our customers in the off-highway vehicle and automotive industry.
- Identify and drive new business opportunities – bringing value to our customers via smarter and energy efficient products and systems.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with our customers acting as the primary sales representative for Danfoss Power Solutions.
- Facilitate customer requests and projects – defining actions and deliverables aligned and together with sales- and business unit teams.
- Comprehend and discuss technical and commercial aspects – based on in-depth understanding of the customer’s applications, strategy and needs.
Background & Skills
- In order to be successful, we expect you to possess a degree/master’s degree in hydraulic, mechanical or electrical engineering or an equivalent level of working experience in the mechanical, hydraulic or the electronic industry. Additionally, we are looking for:
- 3-5 years sales/system sales experience, in the hydraulics-, mechatronics- and/or electro mobility industry;
- A proven track record as Account Management with successful sales development skills and experience;
- Ability to communicate and actively build networks within and outside Danfoss Power Solutions;
- A pro-active and self-driven attitude and ability to manage and collaborate in a cross-border environment;
- Fluent English in writing and speech
- Language proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel within the country and abroad if needed
