Job Description :
- Responsible for sales activity such as cold calling, emails, presentation, assessment clients needs, meeting with clients, sales report, client pipeline & project update, create quotation, negotiation contracts, visit clients, coordinate with solution consultant & delivery team (internal parties), mapping clients accounts & clients profile
- Grab new clients and sales opportunities by engaging with principals, distributors and internal networks in order to increase business volume
- Perform in sales target that has been assigned (upselling & cross-selling)
- Build and maintain good relationship with clients, principals including handling complaints
- Update new product or new price
- Manage administrative work (e.g. monitoring document tender, inform bid requirement to sales admin, etc)
- Monitoring the entire process of sales going well up to the payment stage (invoice/payment and BAST)
Requirement :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology or relevant field
- Experience as seller in IT solutions company with minimum 3 years in the same field with proven achievement
- Able to utilize networking & database/customer list coverage from the existing account.
- Able to provide solution skills for future customers, target oriented and well organized.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, negotiation & communication skill (up to C-level)
- Good understanding in basic knowledge about Network & Cyber Security Solutions (Security Operation Center, Siem Tools, Cyber Security Assessment, End Point, etc)
- Good understanding in basic knowledge about Network & Cyber Security Product (Paloalto, CyberArk, QRadar, etc)
- Good understanding about IT consultant business process & consultative sales skills
- Great team player, trustworthy, integrity, persistence, fast learner & independent
