- Maintain and grow our strategic long-term trusting relationships with our key clients.
- Acquiring a thorough understanding of our client needs and requirements.
- Expanding the relationships with existing clients by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
- Build new relationship with potential clients and expand our business.
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by clients and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
- Serve as the link of communication between key clients and internal teams and Coordinate account management related processes with our Professional Services team and other departments.
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to management and related stakeholders.
- Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree preferably in Management, Business, Information Technology or related field with GPA minimum of 3.00
- Minimum 3 years experience in Key Account/Business Development management role preferably working for IT/software/custom Applications or any related field
- Demonstrated Experience in consultative selling
- Good interpersonal, communication, presentation & negotiation skills
- Strong in both Bahasa and English
- Adaptability and ability to work under pressure
- Self-motivated, initiative, well organised and high level of energy
