Financial Record Keeping:
Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other accounting documents.
Record financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
Ensure the integrity of financial data and resolve discrepancies.
Bookkeeping:
Handle day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, Sales Recording, Etc
Handle month end closing tasks, Depreciations, Accrued expenses, Provisions, Prepaids and reconciliations.
Financial Reporting:
Prepare financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Generate financial reports for management, preparing the schedules for Prepaid, Bank reconciliation, Sales Reconciliation,
Leave Salary Schedule , End of service schedules and payroll preparations
Tax Compliance:
Prepare and file tax returns, BPJS Tk and BPJS KS in compliance with Tax laws
Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
Audit Support:
Collaborate and prepare any data requirement from external auditors and head office.
Provide necessary documentation and explanations for audit inquiries.
Compliance and Regulations:
Well versed about accounting standards, regulations, and best practices.
Banking
Well versed with Banking system.
Communication:
Communicate financial information effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial data.
Software and Technology:
2+ years of experience in Quickbooks
Experience& Qualification
4+ years of experience as an Accountant
CPA,CMA or other professional Degree Holder
