Location: Indonesia Department: Marketing & Communications Location: Indonesia Job Description Advertising is an exciting new strategic initiative of Lazada and is expected to be the largest revenue driver for the company. You will be responsible to growing and develop advertiser base for Lazada Sponsored Solution to be achieving company goals, this role will be reporting to Manager Advertiser growth. This is exciting opportunities to learn and experience first-hand the future of eCommerce advertising in the region.The ideal candidate is must be passionate on advertising and ecommerce business, strong knowledge on digital Advertising Business, great presentation skills and community engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting daily operations of Lazada’s Advertising Business and ensure successful execution.
- Become an expert on Lazada advertising solutions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to execute seller educational programs.
- Conduct regular advertiser/seller training, and seller community engagement.
- Work closely with advertiser growth team in daily basis to ensure all team are aligned on the strategy and action points completed.
- Plan and execute weekly comms and aligning with advertiser growth team and product ops.
- Create attractive content and seller communications materials.
- Guide and advise potential sellers on how to operate the advertising products in efficient and effective manners.
- Provide survey frame work with aligning with product and advertiser growth team and survey execution.
- Collecting advertiser/seller feedback on areas of improvement for advertising product. Consolidate these feedbacks into a weekly report and aligning with product ops team for escalation.
- Assisting troubleshooting of issues and queries from sellers related to Lazada’s Advertising Products.
- Provide campaign insights, best practice, case study on a regular basis.
- Work effectively in a cross-functional capacity including key partnerships with commercial, seller engagement, customer care, ad-ops, product/solutions and insights.
- Go above and beyond the day to day role to work on special projects.
- BA/BS degree in marketing, business or related field.
- Experience with e-commerce and advertising technology company is a plus.
- Understand how internet advertising technology works with the ability to explain it in the simplest terms.
- Strong communication, presentation, community handling, time management.
- Ability to translate analytics into insights and recommendations.
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally.
