The Job
Our client is seeking an experienced Amazon Account Manager to join our team in Indonesia.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our Amazon account and achieving KPIs in revenue and other metrics. The candidate must be able to communicate effectively in English to be able to liaise effectively to different stakeholders across the region, analyze and utilize data to make informed decisions and work well in a cross-region, mixed-cultural environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and optimizing our Amazon account to meet and exceed revenue and KPI goals.
- Improving click rate, page view, and conversion rate of listing, planning, and executing marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales to our Amazon account.
- Conducting regular analysis of data and use it to drive decision-making and strategy development.
- Grasping the market trend, monitoring competitor activity, and adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Developing strong relationships with Amazon representatives and keep up-to-date on Amazon policies and guidelines.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including logistics, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Providing regular reporting on performance and communicate updates to internal stakeholders.
The Profile
- You have at least 1 year experience ideally in Pricing, Digital Marketing or Ecommerce within Consumer industry.
- You have solid experience in a regional role ideally including experience covering China.
- Experience within Performance marketing would be a strong advantage.
- You have good knowledge of Other, Google Analytics and Content Management Tools (Magento, WordPress, Shopify).
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder.
- You have Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- You have excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, Chinese is a plus, to be able to liaise effectively to different stakeholders across the region.
- You have 3+ years of experience managing Amazon eCommerce account platform accounts and achieving revenue goals.
- You have experience with Amazon platform advertising and marketing.
- You have knowledge of Amazon platform policies and guidelines.
- You have strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
- You have experience working in a cross-region, mixed-cultural environment.
- You have familiarity with inventory management and logistics processes.
- You have ability to create and deliver effective presentations and reports.
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
- You have analytics and problem-solving skills.
- You have ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- You have strong organization and time management skills.
- You have flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
