The Assistant Rooms Operations Manager will focus on supporting the day-to-day activities of the Rooms Operations Team which includes Front Office, Bell Service, Concierge and Housekeeping, This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively deal with guests, other departments and team members while maintaining the highest levels of guest service.

·         2-3 years of progressive hotel Rooms Management experience preferred

·         Service oriented style with professional presentations skills

·         Hotel/Hospitality degree an asset
