Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical/ Microbiology related
- Min. 2-3 years of relevant work experience as Sales Lead in medical device industry
- Communicative in English (Oral & written)
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Job Description:
- Develop sales from existing customers and source for new customers, assess market potential, and evaluate sales records.
- Participate in proposals for business development projects and tenders.
- Follow up and monitor all sales inquiries and sales activities to close sales for the assigned products.
- Coach and guide the team members to carry out market research, and monitor competitors' activities and customer surveys.
- Preparing the Sales Forecast/Budget for the product line
- Develop, plan, and manage marketing communication strategies and campaigns to support sales.
- Manage overall product sales performance and ensure each sales executive meets individual sales targets.
- Responsible for managing and servicing major accounts, and maintaining a high level of sales achievement.
- Targeting new sales, creating new accounts, and exploiting new business opportunities for major market segments as well as developing and implementing sales strategies.
