This group provides services to 3,000+ PwC staff and partners for end-to-end IT solutions. Our goal is to have great relationships with our users and provide services that exceed today’s best IT Industry standards. You will be challenged to handle various tasks with various IT problem levels and users. You will experience new knowledge of IT troubleshooting and new technologies.
- Technology-related issue and troubleshooting
- IT Service Management (ITSM - SNow platform)
- Desktop imaging and set up
- Smart Printing System
- IT equipment management
Requirements :
- Bachelor degree or higher degrees in Computer Science or other disciplines with sufficient technical experience and expertise. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.00
- Good communication skills, both in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Good interpersonal skills, strong attention to service quality with customer oriented attitude.
- Experience with Microsoft operating systems and office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
- Possess strong sense of empathy and a helpful attitude.
- Understand computer hardware, software, networking and peripherals.
- Have good analytical and troubleshooting skills in solving computer and IT related problems.
- Possess strong passion in doing research and evaluation of potential tools and utilities.
- Understanding and experience in IT support tickets and knowledge articles will be an added advantage.
- Experience with audio video systems in the meeting room and large room, presentation devices and video conferencing is an added advantage.
- Have knowledge on Mobile Device Management and troubleshooting (Android & iOS).
- Experience with Google workspace.
- Having knowledge and/or experience with printing system management is an advantage.
- Knowledge of online meeting platforms (Teams, Meet, Webex, etc).
- Basic vulnerability remediation skills e.g. virus and obsolete software removal.
