Reservation Supervisor
Will report directly to the Reservation Manager. The person will need to be comfortable with busy high quality operations, managing multi tasks as well as have strong interpersonal skills. This individual will be responsible for the results of all pillars (Guest Satisfaction, Financial, Colleague, Health and Safety).
Hotel Overview:
Situated in Senayan Square at the South end of Jakarta's Central Business District, Fairmont Jakarta will feature 380 spacious guestrooms and 108 Fairmont branded suites. Additional features and amenities to the urban hotel include a number of lounges and several restaurants featuring a variety of culinary offerings. For corporate events and local galas, the hotel features 3,500 square meters of function space, including a1,200 square meter ballroom.

Summary of Responsibilities:
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Monitor day-to-day operations to ensure call volumes are managed in the most efficient manner possible, administrative duties are completed and productivity is maximized
Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
Ensure prompt and courteous service is extended to both internal and external customers
Ensure all guest preference are taken note and provided as much as possible
Work closely with Front Office to ensure all details of the guest request and inquiry were delivered and guests depart satisfied Provide supervision, training, direction and leadership to Reservations Staff, including scheduling, performance management and department planning
Coach agents in areas of up-selling, cross-selling and ongoing skill set knowledge and call management in a professional, helpful manner
Ensure department standards and policies are adhered to, making recommendations where necessary to reach overall performance goals.
Lead by example in fostering positive employee relations and demonstrating core values
Develop and maintain training manual for Reservations
Report any equipment failures/problems & repair requests to Maintenance Department
Ensure smooth shift changes with proper pass-on to the next shift
Adhere to the hotel’s Health and Safety policies
Assist in preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports
Qualifications:
Diploma from School for Tourism & Hotel Management.
Minimum of 2 years in Reservation position, minimum 1 year as Reservation Supervisor
Reservation/Supervisory experience in similar level of hotel e.g, 3*, 4*, 5*
Certified Trainer or Job Trainer
