We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a crucial player, you’ll be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and develop strategies that will help us reach new heights. Catching inquiries, crafting proposals, following up with clients, and presenting the proposal and company's profile will be your daily snacks.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead on industry trends and competition.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients through networking, cold-calling, and other outreach efforts.
- Identify potential clients’ needs and preferences.
- Develop customized solutions that cater to the specific needs and requirements, and articulate them in a compelling andhigh-quality proposal that highlights our expertise and captivate clients.
- Present our company and the proposals to prospective clients with confidence and charisma.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
- Manage client accounts and ensure client’s satisfaction with products and services.
Job Requirements:
- Fluency in both written and spoken English is a mandatory.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Development, sales, tech, or a related field.
- A deep understanding of the web design and tech industries, including current trends and technologies.
- Strong analytical and interpreting skills to capture client’s needs, preferences, and goals.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or any fields.
