Responsibilities
• Active team member of Marketing budgeting, yearly planning and tracking for marketing performance.• Spearhead go-to-market strategies for specific products and services.• Coordinating with different verticals to understand their marketing requirements and translating them to actionable marketing communication programs.• Leading the team on Market researching, trend analysis and gathering competitive intelligence.• Leading the team on content development, collateral development and integrating with key vendors on production.• Key player in developing and delivering innovative thinking, out-of-box ideas and blue-ocean approaches that opens new opportunities for growth and Marketing ideas.• You will be reporting directly to the CMO and will be responsible for leading departmental units within Marketing.
Requirements
• Graduate preferably in Marketing or Marketing Communication with at least 4-5 Years of experience in Marketing roles preferred.• Any B2B experience or having serviced B2B clients will be an added advantage.• Good verbal and written communication skills with good presentation skills is desired.• Previous experience that demonstrates project management, team collaboration and leadership skills will be strong factors for consideration.• Passion to drive marketing and brand thinking with willingness to see through execution and collaborative attitude are important for success in this role.
