Client and Project Management
- Handle digital marketing projects; working and leading team members as necessary to ensure deliver of quality and timely output and service
- Act as day-to-day client contact and primary liaison between the client and implementing team
- Lead the weekly/bi-weekly meetings with clients and internal team
- Develop project plans to monitor and track progress, update project trackers
- Ensure that the output submitted to client are aligned with overall strategy and direction
- Proper documentation and organization of files related to assigned accounts/ projects
- Directly reports to Account Group Lead on status of projects handled
Cross-Functional Collab
- Develop briefs and job requests for other NGP team members (digital, media relations, editorial)
- Review output before sending to client and provide necessary feedback / guidance to other team members on needed revisions
- Provide complete and quality meeting notes to be cascaded to all persons involved in the project
Business development
- Assist or occasionally lead in digital proposals or digital plan developments which may include market research, audits, scans, or similar
Other Tasks
- Coordinate with necessary internal and external suppliers/ vendors
- Monitoring the account's payments and invoicing the client – coordinate with internal/ external finance on billings and payment processes
