Job Descriptions;
- Preparing Building Set Up process, annual budget, Service Charge and rental calculation, monitor and report on financial performance regularly
- Overseeing & maintaining regular building maintenance and repairs
- Preparing and carrying out emergency protocols and procedures
- Maintaining a safe environment for building occupants and visitors
Conducting regular building inspections to comply with all relevant laws, codes, & company policies - Manage on-site staff, vendor and contractor relationships
- Prepare and maintain all records, correspondence, and files
Requirements;
- Minimum education background is Bachelor's Degree (S1) from any major or concentration
- Minimum of 5-years experience as Building Manager or related roles in Building Management or Hospitality Industry (Residential, Strata, or Office)
- Good leadership, communication and administration skills
- Willing to be placed in Gading Serpong
