Qualifications & experience

• Have a deep understanding with Indonesian hydropower project development process and rules
• Having working experiences min 2 years working in Indonesia hydropower project；Priority will be given to those with experience to project management and operation
• Age maximum 40 years old，depending on individual circumstances, the age limit can be relaxed to 45 years old；
• Fluent in English
• Accept to business trip
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Salary will be open negotiable for excellent person

Tasks & responsibilities

• Conduct business negotiations on project development matters with PLN, project partners and other relevant parties, and prepare draft agreement
• Go to the project site to conduct business and technical inspections and complete the inspection report
• Organize the bid quotation and verification of hydropower projects, as well as the preparation of bidding documents and Prepare complete documents for submitting prequalification proposals
• Participate in pre-bid and post-bid Q&A
• Looking for opportunities to get new projects, both from old and new clients
• Provide opinions on the construction management and operation of hydropower projects; Maintain relationships and communication with clients to optimize tender opportunities with management support
• Carry out coordination and communication with PLN, project partners and relevant parties
• Other work related to hydropower station projects
