Role Description :

This is a full-time role for a Business Development Representative at Searah Creative Agency. As a Business Development Representative, your day-to-day tasks will include lead generation, market research, and customer service. You will be responsible for identifying and prospecting potential clients, conducting market analysis, and building strong relationships with existing and new customers. This is an on-site role located in Surabaya.

Qualifications :

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities/prospects
• Analytical Skills, Communication, and Customer Service skills
• Experience in lead generation and market research
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is a plus
