Business Development

Job Description :

• Responsible for providing insight, analysis, and recommendations to prospective client based on their needs
• Pipelining and assisting consultant to Provides the best solution analysis, interpretation, observations, recommendations, and action planning based on the prospective client needs
• Ensure and Follow up every business proposal are meet clients requirement and it will be the best solution of their needs
• Partners with team to ensure deliverables are high quality and on-time
• Provides online reporting tool support to clients to assist them in getting the information they need
• Consults with clients to help them understand what their data is telling them and how they should use it
• As Business Development, doing sales presentations as needed
  

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree, from related major (Psychology, Business, Management)
• 1-2 years of experience in HR and/or consulting related field preferred, Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Demonstrated presentation skills
• Having knowledge of Human Resources
• Having knowledge of business and excellent command of the English language (minimum on written)
• Knowledge of business procedures, and knowledge of use and operation of standard office equipment, at a level general
• Knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet)
• Must have high-level interpersonal skills.
• Analytical ability is required to gather and summarize data reports, find solutions to various administrative problems, and prioritize work
• Multi-tasking, organizational skills, and meeting deadlines
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments
