What You Will Do
Understand and implement the company's vision, mission, values, culture, and OKR (Objectives and Key Results).
As a management team, you have a responsibility for company revenue, gross profit, and net profit.
Have an extensive data base of existing client that can be convert to sales revenue
Thoroughly understand the fundamentals of the client's business and provide the utmost level of client service
Manage and influence senior-level client contacts and maintain positive working relationships on a daily basis.
Participate in pitches
People management
Provide an excellent level of client service
Participate in pitching activities
Responsible for overseeing all ad campaigns from media planning, timeline, ad setup, integration, and campaign performance results
Collaborate with various teams for end-to-end client pitching process

What You Need to Have
Have working experience as Sales / Marketing in Influencer Marketing, Digital Advertising, Advertising Agency, Media, Publishers.
Rich experience in influencer marketing, especially micro-influencer marketing.
Excellent digital product knowledge; Google Ads, Social Media Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, SEM and Social Media Marketing.
Strong database and connection with potential clients for digital services.
Strong business acumen and negotiation skills.
Significant experience in professional client relationship management.
Confidence, persuasive manner, strong problem-solving, and decision-making ability.
Ability to strategize, set budgets, and deliver results at a senior level.
Good interpersonal abilities, outgoing personality who can thrive in a team.
Critical thinking and logical reasoning.
Fluent in English (written and verbal).
Have a strong passion for startup.
Have a good presentation and communication skill and also pro active.
