Position - Business Development (Pre-Sales Marketing) (Bali)
Job description:
Developing of product related sales and marketing strategies
- Plan, Sales Budget, purchasing budget and operation cost budget for monthly and yearly.
- Negotiate and contract sales volume, payment terms, sales policy with customers.
- Establish pull-through relationships with contractors, applicators, consultant, or architects to promote the brand
- Execute sales strategy and monitor customer performance. Review performance data with customers to influence buying and advertising decisions.
- Implement strategies to expand Häfele market share with medium to large regional accounts in an assigned territory.
- Distribute any information and communicate with peers appropriately.
- Compile of all information for new products or product chancing
- Manage forecast accuracy and align with Product Management and Purchase
Help for product launch information
- Perform market survey and price survey in cooperation with the marketing department.
- Creation of internal product information and present these to sales and customer
- Develop and regularly hold product trainings for customer in coordination with training team
Development of new range/products
- Acting on decisions and decisions pre-arrangements respectively for range configuration and future planes of the range. The decisions are coordinated with Product Management
- Compile all information for new products or product chancing. Transfer of documents to translation, graphic and purchase. Check of developed documents and approval.
- Communicate product related issues to the Product Management team.
