Job Description
Responsibilities:
-Seller Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies for attracting and recruiting high-quality merchants and brands across various categories to list their products on Lazada Choice Program.
-Onboarding Support: Assist in the end-to-end onboarding process of new sellers, coordinating with internal teams (e.g., operations, supply chain, compliance) to guide new sellers through the application, verification, and setup procedures.
-Communication & Engagement: Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing sellers, educating them about the benefits of joining the Lazada Choice program and addressing any queries or concerns.
-Performance Tracking: Monitor and track key performance metrics of enrolled sellers, providing regular updates and assisting in developing strategies to improve their performance.
-Database Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospective and existing sellers, updating CRM systems and ensuring data integrity.
Job Requirements
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
-2-3 years of experience in business development, seller recruitment, or partnership management within the e-commerce sector.
-Strong negotiation skills, coupled with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
-Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate across different departments.
-Knowledge of online marketplace dynamics and familiarity with Lazada’s platform and services.
-English can be used as working language.
Requirements/Qualifications(good to have):
-Existing network within the retail and brand community of across Indonesia is a significant advantage.
-Being able to speak Mandarin is a plus.
