Description
- Develop and implement comprehensive Business Development strategies aligned with the company's long-term goals.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and potential customer segments.
- Build and cultivate strong relationships with potential and existing clients, partners, vendors, and distributors.
- Negotiate and close deals to secure new partnerships and revenue streams.
- Develop and implement sales processes and methodologies to optimize performance.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is mandatory.
- Minimum 10 years of proven experiences in Business Development, sales, or marketing
- Background coming from fintech industry is mandatory
- Prior success in generating new business opportunities and achieving revenue targets is essential
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, strong logical thinking, and analytical skills
