Uraian Tugas
Job Description- Identify and develop new customers/business partners, building a stable sales platform that is profitable and sustainable for long-term growth.
- Responsible for the complete sales cycle activities, including client prospecting, product presentation, sampling, pricing, payment collection, sales support, market planning, and reporting.
- Meet sales targets (KPIs) set by the company.
- Work closely with HQ team members (overseas), including monitoring market trends, competition's products/pricing info, and customer preferences, identifying new products/target customers, as well as action plans to generate product demand.
- Provide support and after-sales services, such as problem resolution and expert advice (consultancy) to strengthen customer relationship.
- Visit and establish productive, professional relationships with target key customers.
- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs.
- Coordinate marketing and sales activities including sales visit, exhibition participation, visit with Team Manager or Sales Director.
Requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Veterinary Medicine or related field.
- Candidates must possess Doctor of Veterinarian Medicine (DVM) degree.
- At least 3-5 years of working experience as Sales/Business Development in the Animal Feed raw materials industry (vitamins, pigments, enzyme, etc.) with a proven track record.
- Experience in handling product registration to Ministry of Agriculture and/or other relevant government bodies will be a plus.
- Good presentation, strong communication, aggressive salesperson character, and interpersonal skills with a pleasant personality.
- Candidate willing to work from office in Sudirman, South Jakarta.
- Fluent in English (Mandarin will be a plus).
