Salary

Rp 15,000,000 - 30,000,000

Job Role

  • Formulate and execute strategic plans aimed at achieving Business Development objectives
  • Build strong relationships with property agents and financial professionals to expand our network
  • Conduct market research to identify potential buyers and key property market trends
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the seamless execution of strategies, including the proper handling of legal documentation for our property assets and facility management
  • Provide regular updates to C-Level executives on sales performance and market insights
  • Utilize innovative sales techniques and technologies to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Generate revenue by acquiring and closing sales leads
  • Promote TapHomes' services to acquire new clients and maintain long-term relationships
  • Contribute insights for new product development
  • Create pitch decks for clients, covering campaign ideation and strategy, including other internal and external deliverables
  • Stay informed about vendors in the fintech/multifinance industry and monitor competitors
  • Negotiate, draft and review legal documents and agreements where relevant

Requirements

  • Possess at least a Bachelor's degree from a reputable national or international institution
  • Demonstrate a minimum of 3+ years of experience in Business Development, sales or leadership roles
  • Prove a successful track record in closing deals and meeting sales targets
  • Exhibit the ability to operate both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic startup setting
  • Proven ability to manage and coordinate projects and initiatives to completion
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and individuals effectively
  • Experience in managing complex sales cycles
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate vision and find win-win solutions
  • Excel at managing multiple projects with a high degree of mobility
  • Showcased proficiency in cultivating and sustaining relationships with key stakeholders from various backgrounds
  • Startup mindset, ownership, and a proper balance of quality and sense of urgency!
  • Knowledge of property/real estate and financial technology is advantageous
