Job Description
Lead the RM Quality Project, including but not limited to:Research into how to improve quality of RM from multiple angles (KPI, QA, work processes, hiring & onboarding, etc)
Coordinate with other teams to get data, understand pain points, and execute initiatives
Present project background, progress, issue, and solutions to upper management
Assist in other ad-hoc projects
Min 7 years of work experience
Experience in handling min 10 people
Experienced with Business Development or category management; experience in e-commerce and growth / strategy related roles is a plus.
Structured, process-oriented, customer service focused and has strong operation sense
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking; able to breakdown big picture ideas into smaller actionable items
Strong project management skills
Good communication and presentation skill
Proficiency in using PowerPoint
Proficiency in English is preferred.
