Business Development Manager

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Proven experience in negotiating with Japanese companies and a deep understanding of Japanese business culture
• Demonstrated success in a Business Development role, particularly with Japanese clients or within a Japan-based company
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and build trust with Japanese stakeholders
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Fluency in Japanese is preferable, but not required
• Existing networks in Japan, including contacts within Japanese companies, are preferred
