Job Responsibilities
- Establish and build strong relationship with clients
- Develop and manage sales plan and strategy, develop sales channel
- Meet and exceed KPIs through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics
- Prepare weekly and monthly report and other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Reach GWP target
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Management or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the agency business, experience in general insurance would be advantageous
- Candidate with more than 8 years of relevant experience would be considered for the senior manager role.
- Possess good communication skills with agents and with the marketing team
- Proficiency in English & Indonesian language.
