As a Business Development Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
Market Strategy Development:
- Formulate and execute comprehensive market strategies for the FMCG and retail sectors, with a particular focus on frozen food and other food related products.
Business Expansion:
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand the company's presence in the market.
Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Market Research:
- Conduct in-depth market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Provide timely and accurate reports on market trends, sales performance, and Business Development activities.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams to align Business Development strategies with overall company objectives.

Industry Knowledge:
- Proven experience in FMCG and retail, with a strong emphasis on frozen food.

Language Skills:
- Proficient in English; Japanese language proficiency is a plus.
