Hybe grows apps with user acquisition and retargeting campaigns. We are fast growing and looking for a dedicated Business Development Manager to enrich our team.
As a Business Development Manager you will:
- Find effective solutions for the client's problems based on the capabilities of our platform and expertise
- Develop new business through prospecting and own network of contacts
- Connect with big mobile performance agencies offering them Hybe services
- Search for direct developers within budgets to grow their mobile products through DSP solution and Hybe's traffic sources
- Execute sales plans, metrics, goals, budgets, and revenue forecasts
- Leverage external relationships and professional networks to generate sales leads
- Lead all facets of the sales cycle including prospecting and researching the marketplace, presenting, negotiating, and closing sales
- Understand agency, advertiser, data, and vendor trends
- Collaborate with the team to plan and carry through on the execution of the deals
- Represent the company, its Mission, Values, and achievements at industry events, trade shows, and meetings with potential clients.
We expect from you:
- 3+ years of programmatic/mobile app promotion service sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Knowledge of ad serving and campaign management processes, metrics, and an excellent understanding of the mobile marketing landscape
- Knowledge of major SSP's, DSP's, trading desks
- Knowledge of using Mobile Measurement Platforms (MMP) (AppsFlyer/Adjust/Branch/Kochava)
- Experience in creating value and differentiation in the market and understanding where and how clients are accessing audiences
- Results-oriented individual who strategically and creatively pursues business with energy and drive
- Self-motivated, passionate, and an enthusiastic, contributing team member, with the ability to work independently with management, guidance, and supervision
- A detail-oriented, organized, and data-driven approach to work
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong relevant contact base (app clients who are interested in app promotion)
- Deep knowledge of the Indonesian market, and biggest mobile clients who are interested in User Acquisition for their Apps
- Desire to continually learn about and stay up to speed with industry trends and new areas of revenue growth
- Fluent English is a must
